Market Notice 24/20 – Information regarding the rights issue from NeoDynamics AB

The last day of trading in the company’s shares NEOD including the right to receive subscription rights is January 31, 2020. The first day excluding the right to obtain the rights is February 3, 2020. 

One (1) share entitles the owner to one (1) subscription right. One (1) subscription right entitle the owner to subscribe for one (1) new share, at the price of SEK 3,00 (1:1 á SEK 3,00).   

Trading with subscription rights will take place from February 7, 2020 until February 19, 2020 on Spotlight Stock Market.   

Trading with the paid subscribed shares will take place from February 7, 2020 until the registration of the issue at Bolagsverket.   

The subscription period lasts from February 7, 2020 to February 21, 2020.
