The last day of trading in the company’s shares MEDIMI including the right to receive subscription rights is November 17, 2023. The first day excluding the right to obtain the rights is November 20, 2023. 

One (1) share entitles the owner to one (1) subscription right. Nine (9) subscription rights entitle the owner to subscribe for fourteen (14) new shares, at the price of SEK 0,03 (14:9 á SEK 0,03).   

The subscription period lasts from November 23, 2023, to December 7, 2023.
