The last day of trading in the company’s shares, BLICK, including the right to receive subscription rights is January 27, 2025. The first day excluding the right to obtain the rights is January 28, 2025. 

One (1) share entitles the owner to two (2) subscription rights. Five (5) subscription rights entitle the owner to subscribe for one (1) new share, at the price of SEK 0,56 (2:5 á SEK 0,56).   

The subscription period lasts from January 31, 2025, to February 14, 2025.
