The last day of trading in the company’s shares, ABSL B, including the right to receive unit rights is November 27, 2023 The first day excluding the right to obtain the rights is November 28, 2023. 

One (1) share entitles the owner to one (1) unit right. Fifteen (15) unit rights entitle the owner to subscribe for one (1) new unit, at the price of SEK 180.  

One unit consist of twelve (12) new B shares and two (2) free subscription option TO 1 and two (2) free subscription option TO 2 (12:15 á SEK 15).   

The subscription period lasts from December 1, 2023 to December 15, 2023.
