Pending decision at the Extra General Meeting November 30, 2023 the last day of trading in the company’s shares, SDET, including the right to receive unit rights is November 30, 2023. The first day excluding the right to obtain the rights is December 1, 2023.

One (1) share entitles the owner to one (1) unit right. Four (4) unit rights entitle the owner to subscribe for one (1) new unit, at the price of SEK 0,70.
One unit consist of seven (7) new shares and five (5) free subscription option (7:4 á SEK 0,10). 

The subscription period lasts from December 6, 2023 to December 20, 2023.
