Pending decision at the Extra General Meeting the last day of trading in the company’s shares SYNT including the right to receive subscription rights is December 17, 2024. The first day excluding the right to obtain the rights is December 18, 2024. 

One (1) share entitles the owner to one (1) subscription right. Seven (7) subscription rights entitle the owner to subscribe for three (3) new shares, at the price of SEK 3,65, (3:7 á SEK 3,65).   

The subscription period lasts from December 23, 2024, to January 13, 2025.
