The last day of trading in the company’s shares, ECORE, including the right to receive subscription rights is December 15, 2023. The first day excluding the right to obtain the rights is December 18, 2023.

One (1) share entitles the owner to one (1) subscription right. Three (3) subscription rights entitle the owner to subscribe for five (5) new shares, at the price of SEK 0,06 (5:3 á SEK 0,06). 

The subscription period lasts from December 21, 2023 to January 4, 2024.
