Market Notice 289/20 – Information regarding the redemption shares in Transferator AB

Please note that the split with redemption in Transferator AB will give rise to a conversation factor for the company's ordinary shares (TRAN A and TRAN B). The full value of the redemption shares (approx. SEK 0,53 per redemption share) will be separated from the closing price of the ordinary shares per November 24, 2020. All overnight orders in the company's orderbook will be deleted. This will occur after closing on November 24, 2020. 

Referring to the decision at Transferator AB's extraordinary general meeting held on November 20, 2020, the company will carry out a split with redemption in relation 2:1. 

One old share entitles the owner to one (1) redemption share and one (1) new ordinary share. Every one (1) redemption share entitles the holder SEK 0,10 and every one thousand one hundred twenty-two (1122) redemption shares entitle the holder one (1) new share in G-Loot Global Esports AB. Holders of fewer than one thousand one hundred twenty-two (1122) redemption shares will receive approximately SEK 0,43 per redemption share. 

Please note that the redemption shares will not be traded on Spotlight Stock Market.  

Information about the redemption share:  

Terms: SEK 0,10 per redemption share and 1 new share in G-Loot Global Esports AB per 1122 redemption shares. Approximately SEK 0,43 per redemption share to holders of fewer than 1122 redemption shares.
