The last day of trading in the company’s shares ALLT including the right to receive subscription rights is March 18, 2022. The first day excluding the right to obtain the rights is March 21, 2022.

One (1) share entitles the owner to one (1) subscription right. Eleven (11) subscription rights entitle the owner to subscribe for two (2) new shares, at the price of SEK 3,95 per share (2:11 á 3,95 SEK). 

The subscription period lasts from March 24, 2022 to April 8, 2022.
