The last day of trading in the company’s shares, POLAR, including the right to receive subscription rights is February 13, 2023. The first day excluding the right to obtain the rights is February 14, 2023.

One (1) share entitles the owner to one (1) subscription right. One (1) subscription right entitle the owner to subscribe for one (1) new share, at the price of SEK 0.60 (1:1 á SEK 0.60). 

The subscription period lasts from February 17, 2023 to Mars 3, 2023.
