Market Notice 300/19 – Information regarding the rights issue from Taurus Energy AB

Pending decision at the Annual General Meeting November 20, the last day of trading in the company’s shares, TAUR B, including the right to receive unit rights is November 20, 2019. The first day excluding the right to obtain the rights is November 21, 2019. 

One (1) share entitles the owner to one (1) unit right. Two (2) unit right entitle the owner to subscribe for one (1) new unit, at the price of SEK 0.48.  

One unit consist of two (2) new shares and one (1) free subscription option. 
(2:2 á SEK 0.24 per share).   

Trading with unit rights will take place from November 26, 2019 until December 9, 2019 on Spotlight Stock Market.   

Trading with the paid subscribed units will take place from November 26, 2019 until the registration of the issue at Bolagsverket.   

The subscription period lasts from November 26, 2019 to December 11, 2019.
