Market Notice 33/21 – Information regarding the rights issue from ObsteCare AB

The last day of trading in the company’s shares OBST including the right to receive unit rights is February 22, 2021. The first day excluding the right to obtain the rights is February 23, 2021. 

One (1) share entitles the owner to one (1) unit right. Eleven (11) unit rights entitle the owner to subscribe for eight (8) new units, at the price of SEK 1,10 per unit.  

One unit consist of one (1) new share and one (1) free subscription option (8:11 á SEK 1,10).   

Trading with unit rights will take place from February 26, 2021 until March 10, 2021 on Spotlight Stock Market.   

Trading with the paid subscribed units will take place from February 26, 2021 until the registration of the issue at Bolagsverket.   

The subscription period lasts from February 26, 2021 to March 12, 2021.
