The last day of trading in the company’s shares ABSL including the right to receive subscription rights is March 25, 2022. The first day excluding the right to obtain the rights is March 28, 2022.

One (1) share entitles the owner to one (1) subscription right. Three (3) subscription rights entitle the owner to subscribe for one (1) new share, at the price of SEK 115 (1:3 á SEK 115). 

The subscription period lasts from March 31, 2022 to April 21, 2022.
