The last day of trading in the company’s share, POLYMER, including the right to receive subscription rights is February 20, 2023. The first day excluding the right to obtain the rights is February 21, 2023.

One (1) share entitles the owner to one (1) subscription right. Five (5) subscription rights entitle the owner to subscribe for four (4) new shares, at the price of SEK 1,6 (4:5 á SEK 1,6). 

The subscription period lasts from February 24, 2023 to March 10, 2023.
