The last day of trading in the company’s shares CRBX including the right to receive unit rights is January 11, 2024. The first day excluding the right to obtain the rights is January 12, 2024. 

One (1) share entitles the owner to one (1) unit right. One (1) unit right entitle the owner to subscribe for one (1) new unit, at the price of SEK 0,90 

One unit consists of nine (9) new shares and three (3) free subscription options series TO 3 (9:1 á SEK 0,10).   

The subscription period lasts from January 17, 2024, to January 31, 2024.
