The last day of trading in the company’s share, MOFAST, including the right to receive subscription rights is March 5, 2024. The first day excluding the right to obtain the rights is March 6, 2024.

One (1) share entitles the owner to one (1) subscription right. One (1) subscription right entitle the owner to subscribe for one (1) new share, at the price of SEK 8,15 (1:1 á SEK 8,15). 

The subscription period lasts from March 11, 2024, to March 25, 2024.
