One (1) share entitles the owner to one (1) subscription right. Eleven (11) subscription rights entitle the owner to subscribe for one (1) new share, at the price of SEK 63 (1:11 á SEK 63). 

The subscription period lasts from April 6, 2022 to April 22, 2022.
