Correction regarding the terms of the rights issue. Correct Terms are (2:5 á SEK 90)

The last day of trading in the company’s share, ABSL B, including the right to receive subscription rights is February 17, 2023. The first day excluding the right to obtain the rights is February 20, 2023.

One (1) share entitles the owner to two (2) subscription rights. Five (5) subscription rights entitle the owner to subscribe for one (1) new share, at the price of SEK 90 (2:5 á SEK 90). 

The subscription period lasts from February 23, 2023 to March 20, 2023.
