Market Notice 42/24 – Information regarding the rights issue from Beowulf Mining PLC

The last day of trading in the company’s Swedish Depository Receipts BEO SDB including the right to receive subscription rights is March 6, 2024. The first day excluding the right to obtain the rights is March 7, 2024. 

One (1) Swedish Depositary Receipt entitles the owner to one (1) Swedish subscription right. Eight (8) Swedish subscription rights entitle the owner to subscribe for nine (9) new Swedish Depositary Receipt, at the price of SEK 0.08 (9:8 á SEK 0.08).   

The subscription period lasts from March 13, 2024, to March 27, 2024.
