Market Notice 43/20 – Correction dates - Information regarding the rights issue from Finepart Sweden AB

Correction regarding last day including right to receive subscription right and first day excluding right to obtain subscription right.

The last day of trading in the company’s shares FINE including the right to receive subscription rights is February 25, 2020. The first day excluding the right to obtain the rights is February 26, 2020.

One (1) share entitles the owner to one (1) subscription right. Three (3) subscription rights entitle the owner to subscribe for two (2) new shares, at the price of SEK 4,20 (2:3 á SEK 2,10). 

Trading with subscription rights will take place from February 28, 2020 until March 11, 2020 on Spotlight Stock Market. 

Trading with the paid subscribed shares will take place from February 28, 2020 until the registration of the issue at Bolagsverket. 

The subscription period lasts from February 28, 2020 to March 13, 2020.
