Market Notice 5/22 – Information regarding the rights issue from BrandBee Holding AB

The last day of trading in the company’s shares BRANDB including the right to receive unit rights is January 17, 2022. The first day excluding the right to obtain the rights is January 18, 2022.

Four (4) shares entitle the owner to one (1) unit right. One (1) unit right entitles the owner to subscribe for one (1) new unit, at the price of SEK 0,07.

One unit consist of two (2) new shares (2:4 á SEK 0,035). 

The subscription period lasts from January 21, 2022 to February 4, 2022.
