Market Notice 50/20 - – Information regarding the rights issue from Nustay A/S

The last day of trading in the company’s shares Nustay including the right to receive subscription rights (Nustay T-ret Unit) is March 5, 2020. The first day excluding the right to obtain the rights is March 6, 2020.

One (1) share entitles the owner to one (1) subscription right. Three (3) subscription rights entitle the owner to subscribe for five (5) new shares and three (3) warrants, at the of DKK 4.5 per Unit (5:3 á DKK 0.90 per share).

Trading with subscription rights will take place from March 6, 2020 until March 20, 2020 on Spotlight Stock Market. 

Trading with the units (Nustay Midl Unit) will take place from March 26, 2020 until March 30,2020.

The subscription period lasts from March 10, 2020 to March 24, 2020.
