Market Notice 51/20 – Information regarding the rights issue from Cline Scientific AB

The last day of trading in the company’s shares CLINE B including the right to receive unit rights is March 6, 2020. The first day excluding the right to obtain the rights is March 9, 2020. 

One (1) share entitles the owner to one (1) unit right. Three (3) unit rights entitle the owner to subscribe for one (1) new unit, at the price of SEK 2,50.  

One unit consist of one (1) new share and one (1) free subscription option (1:3 á SEK 2,50).   

Trading with unit rights will take place from March 16, 2020 until March 31, 2020 on Spotlight Stock Market.   

Trading with the paid subscribed units will take place from March 16, 2020 until the registration of the issue at Bolagsverket.   

The subscription period lasts from March 16, 2020 to April 2, 2020.
