Referring to decision at the annual general meeting on March 6, 2020 Bråviken Logistik AB will trade under its new ISIN-code with effect from March 12, 2020 due to a split with redemption.  

Last day of trading before the split and with the right to the redemption share is March 11, 2020.  

Referring to the press release from Bråviken Logistik AB's annual general meeting, held on March 6, 2020, the company will carry out a split in relations 100:1. 

Ninety-nine (99) of the shares will be redemption shares and one (1) will be a new ordinary share. 

The share will be traded under new ISIN code with effect from March 12, 2020. The orderbook-ID will not change.
