One (1) share entitles the owner to one (1) unit right. One (1) unit right entitle the owner to subscribe for one (1) new unit, at the price of SEK 0,11.
One (1) unit consist of eleven (11) new shares and three (3) free subscription options TO 2 B (11:1 á SEK 0,01). 

The subscription period lasts from April 8, 2024 to April 22, 2024.
