Vidhance AB will trade under its new ISIN-code with effect from January 11, 2024, due to a reverse split. Last day of trading before the reverse split is January 10, 2024. The Company’s order book will be flushed due to the reverse split.

Referring to the press release from Vidhance AB’s extraordinary general meeting, held on December 14, 2023, the company will carry out a reverse split in relations 1:2. The share will be traded under new ISIN code with effect from January 11, 2024. The orderbook-ID will not change.
