The last day of trading in the company’s share, VSD B, including the right to receive unit rights is April 15, 2024. The first day excluding the right to obtain the rights is April 16, 2024.

One (1) share entitles the owner to one (1) unit right. One (1) unit right entitle the owner to subscribe for one (1) new unit, at the price of SEK 1,50.

One unit consist of one (1) new share and one (1) free subscription option (1:1 á SEK 1,50).

The subscription period lasts from April 19, 2024, to May 6, 2024.
