The last day of trading in the company’s shares HYCO including the right to receive unit rights is March 28, 2023. The first day excluding the right to obtain the rights is March 29, 2023.

One (1) share entitles the owner to one (1) unit right. One (1) unit right entitle the owner to subscribe for one (1) new unit, at the price of SEK 2,25.

One unit consist of one (1) new share and one (1) free subscription option (1:1 á SEK 2,25). 

The subscription period lasts from April 3, 2023, to April 19, 2023.
