Pending decision at the Extraordinary General Meeting January 9, 2024, the last day of trading in the company’s shares APTA including the right to receive unit rights is January 9, 2024. The first day excluding the right to obtain the rights is January 10, 2024.

One (1) share entitles the owner to one (1) unit right. One (1) unit rights entitle the owner to subscribe for one (1) new unit, at the price of SEK 0,18

One unit consist of three (3) new shares and three (3) free subscription option series TO 8 (3:1 á SEK 0,06). 

The subscription period lasts from January 15, 2024 to January 29, 2024
