One (1) share entitles the owner to one (1) subscription right. Four (4) subscription rights entitle the owner to subscribe for one (1) new share, at the price of SEK 0,32 (1:4 á 0,32 SEK).  

The subscription period lasts from July 10, 2026, to July 24, 2026.
