The trading in Windon Energy AB’s subscription option, WEG TO 2, will take place from July 20, 2026. 

Two (2) subscription option, WEG TO 2, entitles the owner to subscribe for one (1) new shares. The subscription option may be exercised during the period from and including 1 September 2026 up to and including 15 September 2026 at a subscription price of SEK 1.00 per share and during the period from and including 1 June 2027 up to and including 15 June 2027 at a subscription price of SEK 1.50 per share.
