The last day of trading in the company’s shares AUDNTS including the right to receive subscription rights is May 16, 2024. The first day excluding the right to obtain the rights is May 17, 2024. 

One (1) share entitles the owner to two (2) subscription rights. One (1) subscription right entitles the owner to subscribe to one (1) new share, at the price of DKK 0,035  

(2:1 á DKK 0,035).   

The subscription period lasts from May 22, 2024, to June 4, 2024.
