Market Notice 89/21 – Correction: Information regarding Redsense Medical AB’s dividend in kind

Correction of Market Notice 88/21 regarding the record date and the last day of trading in the Company’s share including the right to dividend in kind due to newly disclosed information from the Company.  

Referring to the decision taken at Redsense Medical AB’s extraordinary general meeting April 19, 2021, the last day of trading in the Company’s share including the right to dividend in kind of shares in Odinwell AB will be May 6, 2021. The record date is May 10, 2021. 

One (1) share in the Company entitles the owner the right to one (1) share in Odinwell AB at the value of SEK 4,9997. The value is based on the pre-money valuation published by the Company on March 26, 2021.
