The last day of trading in the company’s shares PMED including the right to receive unit rights is May 22, 2024. The first day excluding the right to obtain the rights is May 23, 2024. 

One (1) share entitles the owner to one (1) unit right. One (1) unit rights entitle the owner to subscribe for one (1) new unit, at the price of SEK 0,04.  

One unit consist of four (4) new shares and two (2) free subscription option (4:1 á SEK 0,01).   

The subscription period lasts from May 28, 2024, to June 12, 2024.
