The last day of trading in the company’s shares TINGS including the right to receive unit rights is June 1, 2022. The first day excluding the right to obtain the rights is June 2, 2022.

One (1) share entitle the owner to one (1) unit rights. Four (4) unit rights entitles the owner to subscribe for one (1) new unit, at the price of SEK 300.
One unit consists of one (1) new preferential share and one (1) free subscription option (1:4 á SEK 300). 
 

The subscription period lasts from June 7, 2022 to June 21, 2022.
