The last day of trading in the company’s shares DBP B including the right to receive unit rights is April 28, 2023. The first day excluding the right to obtain the rights is May 2, 2023. 

One (1) share entitles the owner to one (1) unit right. Five (5) unit rights entitle the owner to subscribe for one (1) new unit, at the price of SEK 1,20.  
One unit consist of three (3) new shares and one (1) free subscription option (3:5 á SEK 0,40).   

The subscription period lasts from May 5, 2023 to May 22, 2023.
