The last day of trading in the company’s shares CRNO B, including the right to receive unit rights was May 2, 2023. The first day excluding the right to obtain the rights was May 3, 2023. 

One (1) share entitles the owner to one (1) unit right. Two (2) unit rights entitle the owner to subscribe for one (1) new unit, at the price of SEK 1,60.  

One unit consist of two (2) new shares and one (1) free subscription options (2:2 á SEK 0,80).   

The subscription period lasts from May 8, 2023 to May 24, 2023.
