The last day of trading in the company’s shares POLAR including the right to receive unit rights is May 30, 2024. The first day excluding the right to obtain the rights is May 31, 2024. 

One (1) share entitles the owner to one (1) unit right. One (1) unit rights entitle the owner to subscribe for one (1) new unit, at the price of SEK 0,30.  

One unit consist of fifteen (15) new shares and five (5) free subscription options (15:1 á SEK 0,02).   

The subscription period lasts from June 5,2024 to June 19, 2024
