MobiPlus AB flyttas till observationslistan / MobiPlus AB will be transferred to Spotlight’s observation list

Med anledning av det pressmeddelande som MobiPlus AB offentliggjorde idag 21 augusti 2019 flyttas bolagets aktie (MPLUS) till Spotlights observationslista då Spotlight bedömer att det råder osäkerhet kring bolagets finansiella ställning och framtida finansiering.

Spotlight kommer löpande pröva om det finns förutsättningar att återföra bolagets aktier till den ordinarie listan.

With reference to MobiPlus AB’s press release today August 21, 2019 Spotlight has decided that the company’s shares (MPLUS) will be transferred to Spotlight’s observation list, due to uncertainty regarding the company’s financial situation and future funding.

Spotlight will continuously review if there are reasons to remove the company’s shares from the observation list.
