Spotlight Stock Market har beslutat att handelstoppa Tingsvalvet Fastighets AB:s betalda tecknade aktier (BTA) efter handelns stängning idag den 5 juli 2019.

Första dag för handel i Tingsvalvet Fastighets AB var den 14 juni 2019. Handeln i Tingsvalvet Fastighets AB har initialt skett med BTA då bolagets nyemitterade stamaktier inte var registrerade hos Bolagsverket. Konvertering från BTA till stamaktie sker mellan den 8 - 12 juli 2019. Vid tidpunkten för konvertering kommer BTA att ersättas av bolagets stamaktie som då tas upp till handel på Spotlight Stock Market.

Med anledning av det ovanstående har Spotlight Stock Market beslutat att handelstoppa Tingsvalvet Fastighets AB:s BTA efter handelns stängning idag den 5 juli 2019. Handeln i Tingsvalvet Fastighets AB:s BTA kommer inte återupptas.

Reminder – Trading halt in Tingsvalvet Fastighets AB:s BTA

Spotlight Stock Market has decided to halt the trading in the paid subscription share (BTA) of Tingsvalvet Fastighets AB after the market has closed today 5 July 2019.

The first day of trading in Tingsvalvet Fastighets AB was June 14, 2019. The trading in Tingsvalvet Fastighets AB was initially with BTA since the company's newly issued shares were not registered with the Swedish Companies Registration Office (Bolagsverket). Conversion from BTA to shares will take place during 8 – 12 July 2019. At the time of conversion, the BTA will be replaced by the company's share which is then admitted to trading on Spotlight Stock Market.

Due to the above, Spotlight Stock Market has decided to halt the trading in the BTA of Tingsvalvet Fastighets AB. The trading halt will be effective after the market has closed today 5 July 2019. The trading in Tingsvalvet Fastighets AB:s BTA will not be resumed.
