PharmaLundensis AB:s (”Bolaget”) aktie har sedan 22 maj 2020 handlats på Spotlight Stock Markets (“Spotlight”) observationslista dels med hänvisning till att Bolaget vid det tillfället inte hade en styrelseordförande registrerad hos Bolagsverket och dels med hänvisning till att Spotlight inte ansåg att Bolaget uppfyllde noteringskraven avseende styrelse, Spotlights regelverk (“Regelverket”) punkt 2.11 och punkt 2.12.

Den 27 januari 2021 meddelande Spotlight genom pressmeddelande att grunden för observationsnotering har uppdaterats genom att Bolaget vid det tillfället bedömdes uppfylla Regelverket punkt 2.11, men alltjämt inte Regelverket punkt 2.12.

Med hänvisning till det pressmeddelande som Bolaget offentliggjorde den 16 juni 2021, ”Kommuniké från årsstämma” och till att den nya styrelsen nu har registrerats hos Bolagsverket har Spotlight beslutat att återföra Bolagets aktie (PHAL) till Spotlights ordinarie lista från och med idag, den 14 juli 2021.

PharmaLundensis AB’s shares (PHAL) will be transferred to Spotlight Stock Market’s ordinary list

PharmaLundensis AB:s (the “Company”) share has been traded on Spotlight Stock Market’s (“Spotlight”) observation list since May 22, 2020 due to the circumstance that the Company did not have a chairman registered at the Swedish Companies Registration Office (in Sw. Bolagsverket) and due to the fact that Spotlight assessed that the Company did not meet Spotlight's listing requirements regarding board of directors, according to Spotlight’s regulations (the “Regulations”) section 2.11 and section 2.12.

January 27, 2021 Spotlight updated the reason for observation listing through a press release concluding that the Company fulfilled Regulations section 2.11, but not Regulations section 2.12.

With reference to the press release published by the Company June 16, 2021, “Kommuniké från årsstämma”, and to the fact that the new bord has been registered at the Swedish Companies Registration Office, Spotlight has decided to transfer the Company’s share (PHAL) to Spotlight’s ordinary list as of today July 14, 2021.
