QuickCool AB avnoteras från Spotlight Stock Market
Spotlight Stock Market har beslutat att QuickCool AB:s (”QuickCool”) finansiella instrument (QUICK och QUICK TO 2) ska avnoteras från Spotlight. Sista dag för handel kommer vara den 17 april 2020.
Den 29 augusti 2019 placerades QuickCool finansiella instrument på observationslistan då Spotlight bedömde att det förelåg osäkerhet kring såväl bolaget som bolagets framtida finansiering.
Den 4 november 2019 beslutade Spotlight att QuickCool skulle genomgå en ny noteringsprövning som villkor för QuickCool fortsatta notering. Syftet med noteringsprövningen var att säkerställa att QuickCool uppfyllde samtliga noteringskrav. Samtidigt meddelades att i det fall QuickCool inte kommer kunna uppfylla noteringskraven kommer Spotlight att besluta om avnotering.
QuickCool har per den 20 mars 2020 inte presenterat hur bolaget uppfyller noteringskraven eller inkommit med underlag som har gjort det möjligt för Spotlight att inleda en noteringsprocess eller, enligt Spotlights bedömning, vidtagit andra åtgärder för att noteringsprocessen ska kunna inledas och fullföljas. Därmed är det inte meningsfullt att fortsätta noteringsprocessen och det är heller inte möjligt att låta QuickCools finansiella instrument vara fortsatt noterade.

QuickCool AB is delisted from Spotlight Stock Market
Spotlight Stock Market has decided that to delist the financial instruments (QUICK and QUICK TO 2) of QuickCool AB (“QuickCool”). Last day of trading will be 17th of April 2020.
On August the 29th 2019 the financial instruments of QuickCool were placed on the observation list since Spotlight assessed that there was uncertainty regarding both the company and the company's future financing.
On November 4th 2019, Spotlight decides that QuickCool should be subject to a new listing process. The reason for the new listing process was to ensure that QuickCool fulfilled all the terms in the listing agreement. If QuickCool was not able to fulfil the terms in the listing agreement Spotlight would delist the company.
As of March 20th, 2020 QuickCool has not presented how it complies with the listing requirements or submitted supporting documents that should have enabled Spotlight to initiate a listing process or, in Spotlight's estimation, taken other measures to enable the listing process to be initiated and completed. It is therefore not meaningful to continue the listing process and it is also not possible to remain QuickCool's financial instruments listed.
