True Heading AB ska genomgå en ny noteringsprövning och flyttas till Spotlights observationslista

Den 12 juni 2020 offentliggjorde True Heading AB pressmeddelandet, ”True Heading AB (publ) avvecklar befintlig verksamhet och genomför strukturaffär”.
Mot bakgrund av ovanstående information bedömer Spotlight att True Heading AB genomgår en genomgripande förändring av dess verksamhet. Spotlight har därför, på sedvanligt sätt, beslutat att True Heading AB ska genomgå en ny noteringsprövning som villkor för dess fortsatta notering. Syftet med noteringsprövningen är att säkerställa att True Heading AB uppfyller samtliga noteringskrav.
Under noteringsprövningen sker handeln True Heading AB:s aktie (TRUE B) på observationslistan enligt gällande Regelverk, med målet att så snart som möjligt, om noteringsprövningen godkänns, flyttas tillbaka till den ordinarie listan. I det fall Bolaget inte kommer att kunna uppfylla noteringskraven kommer Spotlight att besluta om avnotering.

True Heading AB will be subject to a new listing process and will be transferred to Spotlight Stock Market’s observation list
On June 12, 2020, True Heading AB published the press release ”True Heading AB (publ) avvecklar befintlig verksamhet och genomför strukturaffär”.
In reference to the disclosed information, Spotlight consider that True Heading AB is undergoing a far-reaching change in the business of the Company. In accordance with the current rules, Spotlight has therefore decided that True Heading AB will be subject to a new listing process. The reason for the new listing process is to ensure that True Heading AB fulfil all the terms in the listing requirements.
In connection to the listing process True Heading AB’s shares (TRUE B) will be traded on Spotlight’s observation list, in accordance with the Rulebook. Spotlight will, given approval of the listing process, work towards a fast transfer to the ordinary list. If True Heading AB is not able to fulfil the terms in the listing agreement Spotlight will delist the Company.
