Upphävt handelsstopp i MobiPlus AB:s aktie

Med hänvisning till pressmeddelandet som MobiPlus AB offentliggjorde i dag den 9 mars 2020 “Information kring MobiPlus likviditetssituation” har Spotlight beslutat att handeln i MobiPlus AB:s aktie (MPLUS) ska återupptas idag 9 mars 2020 klockan 13:30. Öppningsauktionen kommer att starta klockan kl. 13:15.
Handeln med MobiPlus uniträtt (MPLUS UR) och betald tecknad unit (MPLUS BTU) kommer förbli stoppad fram till dess att bolaget kan säkerställa att emissionen kan fullföljas och registreras hos Bolagsverket.

Resumed trading in MobiPlus AB´s share
With reference to the press release disclosed by MobiPlus AB today March 9th 2020, “Information kring MobiPlus likviditetssituation”, Spotlight has decided that trading in MobiPlus AB’s share (MPLUS) will be resumed on Spotlights observations list as of today March 9, 2020 at 13:30 CET. The opening auction will commence at 13:15.
Trading in the unit right (MPLUS UR) and paid subscribed unit (MPLUS BTU) will remain halted until the company can ensure that the registration of the issue can be completed.
