We welcome DanCann Pharma
Today is the first day of trading in DanCann Pharma which is the tenth company to become listed on Spotlight Stock Market this year.
DanCann Pharma is a Danish pharmaceutical biotechnology company powered by cannabinoids. They are focused on discovering, developing, manufacturing, and commercializing of novel cannabinoid therapeutics in a broad range of disease areas. DanCann Pharma was founded in 2018 and is headquartered in Ansager, Denmark.
Prior to the listing on Spotlight Stock Market, units (consisting shares and warrants) were offered to the public. The offering was subscribed to a total of approximately 55 million DKK, corresponding to a subscription ratio of approximately 183 percentage. DanCann Pharma will thereby be provided approximately 30 million DKK (before issue costs) through their IPO.
