To the Shareholders of Tangiamo,

As we close another year, it's a good time to reflect on our journey through 2023, a year marked by significant achievements and challenging activities that set the stage for future opportunities. Our year-end financial report, while highlighting areas where we must improve, also points to clear signs of the resilience, hard work, and strategic adjustments we have made as a team.

Financial Highlights and Performance

In the last quarter of 2023 (October–December), our net sales showed an increase to 4 249 KSEK, up from 585 KSEK in the comparable period last year. For the full year 2023, our net sales saw an increase to 12 871 KSEK compared to 2 192 KSEK in the previous year.

Operating profit and the overall financial outcome reflect both our investments in technology and market expansion, and the costs associated with these efforts. We have made significant strides in reducing our fourth quarter operating loss to -1 182 KSEK from -4 103 KSEK and our annual operating loss to -3 856 KSEK from -15 408 KSEK.  These figures represent a substantial improvement over the previous year, underscoring our ongoing efforts to increase sales, improve operational efficiency, and be diligent with cost management.

In addition to the 10 MSEK remaining in the financing agreement with Nordic Growth Opportunities 3, the Board is actively working towards securing further financing for the company’s operations.

Strategic Initiatives and Operational Successes

2023 was a landmark year for Tangiamo in many respects. A cornerstone of our success this year has been the solidification of our partnership with Loto Quebec. This agreement, culminating in orders for our MultiPLAY Roulette tables, underscores the trust our technology has with leading industry players. Moreover, the year was punctuated by our achievements in compliance and certification, by securing CE certification, dual GLI-11 and GLI-24 certifications, and the significant milestone of receiving jurisdictional certification from Loto-Quebec.

Innovation remains at the heart of Tangiamo, as evidenced by launching the next-generation MultiPLAY Ignite table in collaboration with our partner, Grupo Caribant and by our leap into the realm of AI with the enhancements of our automatic dice recognition (ADR) system. These initiatives highlight our commitment to technological excellence and our ability to be pioneers in AI integration within the gaming industry.

As we move into 2024, our focus remains on building a robust and profitable company. We are committed to continuing our strategic initiatives to drive sales, manage costs effectively, and enhance operational efficiency.  The lessons learned and successes achieved in the past year lay a solid foundation for the future—one where Tangiamo continues to lead, innovate, and inspire.

Väsentliga händelser

januari 2023 – december 2023

• Årsstämman beslutade om omval av styrelseordförande Staffan Hillberg och styrelseledamöterna Fredrik Adlercreutz, Rickard Möllerström samt Christopher Steele.
• Extra bolagsstämma beslutade om ändring av gränserna för aktiekapitalet i bolagsordningen samt minskning av aktiekapitalet för täckning av förlust.
• Erhållit en 1,1 MSEK order från Abbiati. Beställningen gäller Tangiamos dice shakers och planeras levereras under fjärde kvartalet 2023.
• Bolaget har ingått ett 24 månaders finansieringsavtal med Nordic Growth Opportunities 3 och det innebär att Bolaget kan nyttja upp till 12 MSEK av en kreditram, fördelat i tolv trancher. Bolaget har erhållit två trancher (2 MSEK) och genomförde riktade emissioner till Nordic Growth Opportunities 3 om totalt cirka 0,5 MSEK.
• Bolaget har fått dubbla GLI-11- och GLI-24-certifieringar.
• Bolaget genomförde en riktad kvittningsemission om cirka 1,2 MSEK.
• Lanseringen av den nästa generations MultiPLAY Ignite-spelbord i samarbete med Bolagets partner i Dominikanska Republiken.
• Bolaget tillförs cirka 1,3 MSEK före emissionskostnader genom optionslösen.
• Bolaget genomförde kvittningsemission om 0,15 MSEK till IR Partner Nordic AB.
• Bolaget har fått jurisdiktionscertifiering från Loto-Quebec.

Väsentliga händelser efter periodens slut

• Företaget presenterade sin AI-drivna Dice Recognition Tech på ICE London 2024
• Bolaget genomförde riktade emissioner till Nordic Growth Opportunities 3 om totalt cirka 0,8 MSEK.

Omsättning och resultat

Nettoomsättningen uppgick till 4 249 (585) KSEK. Rörelseresultatet uppgick till -1 182 (-4 103), innebärande en negativ rörelsemarginal (neg). Resultat efter skatt var -3 429 (-5 397) KSEK. Det negativa resultatet beror främst på utebliven försäljning.

Kassaflöde

Rörelsens kassaflöde var 2 283 (-11 912) KSEK. Totalt kassaflöde för perioden uppgick till -1 317 (-3 210) KSEK. Det negativa kassaflödet i rörelsen består av negativt rörelseresultat.
