To the Shareholders of Tangiamo,

I am pleased to present the first quarter financial results for Tangiamo Touch Technology AB for the period ending 31 March 2023. We have made significant progress in our operations and financial performance, with revenues of approximately 7,4 MSEK and a net profit of 1,5 MSEK, which demonstrates our commitment to delivering value to our shareholders.

Operational highlights for Q1 2023 include:

• The expansion of our partnership with Abbiati, which now includes sales of our MultiPLAY & Crystal gaming tables.
• Loto Quebec MultiPLAY Roulette order worth 10,5 MSEK.
• Achievement of EMC certification for MultiPLAY Roulette tables.
• Partnership with online gaming and technology developer, ELYSIUM Studios, and the launch of Dragon Roulette.
• Dice Shaker orders totaling around 1,7 MSEK.
• Timely delivery of tables to Loto Quebec and continued good cost control.

Despite some challenges, such as the delays in GLI certification for our MultiPLAY Roulette product, we are optimistic about the opportunities ahead. This includes increasing sales of dice shakers to live online casinos, launching Dragon Roulette at G2E Asia, and expanding into the USA and other key gaming markets once GLI certification is completed.

In terms of ongoing projects and partnerships, our partnership with Grupo Caribant continues to progress, with their first product developed using Tangiamo technology set to be displayed at an exhibition in Punta Cana in June.

Looking ahead our focus remains on:

• Increasing sales of gaming tables and dice shakers. 
• Completing GLI certification.
• G2E Asia, 31 May to 1 June.
• Commissioning new tables at Loto Quebec. 
• Annual General Meeting (AGM) on 21 June 2023.

Omsättning och resultat
Nettoomsättningen uppgick till 7 397 (1 831) KSEK. Rörelseresultatet uppgick till 1 516 (-1 860) KSEK, innebärande en positiv rörelsemarginal (neg). Resultat efter skatt var 1 502 (-2 522) KSEK. Det positiva resultatet beror främst på redovisade intäkter. 

Kassaflöde
Rörelsens kassaflöde var -690 (1 143) KSEK. Det negativa kassaflödet i rörelsen består av förändringar i kortfristiga fordringar.
