To the Shareholders of Tangiamo,
As we conclude the third quarter of 2023, I would like to take this opportunity to update you on the recent developments at Tangiamo and our performance thus far. This quarter has been both intriguing and transformative as we navigate dynamic market conditions while staying true to our strategic objectives.
In terms of financial performance, our operating profit showed a 45% improvement, with a reduced loss of -2 834 KSEK compared to -5 893 KSEK last year. Moreover, our cash flow from current operations has improved to -275 KSEK from -9 025 KSEK last year, reflecting progress in our operational efficiency and cash management strategies.
During this quarter we made several strategic decisions to strengthen our financial future. We have restructured our share capital to address past losses and lay a stronger foundation for future growth. In addition, we have entered into a 24-month financing agreement with Nordic Growth Opportunities 3, allowing us access to a credit line of up to 12 MSEK. This move provides us with financial flexibility to invest in key areas and fuel our growth initiatives. Finally, we completed a directed offsetting rights issue (sv. riktad kvittningsemission) for 1,2 MSEK. By reducing the Company's indebtedness, we are not only improving our liquidity but also creating avenues for sustained financing in both the short and long term.
We also achieved some significant milestones during this quarter. Notably, earning the dual GLI-11 and GLI-24 certifications for the MultiPLAY Roulette table emphasizes our commitment to quality and compliance and enhances our competitiveness in the market. It also serves as the foundation for expanding sales into new jurisdictions, including Canada where Loto Quebec relies on these certifications. Additionally, Abbiati placed their largest order for dice shakers to date, valued at 1,1 MSEK, reinforcing our market presence and underscoring the trust and confidence our partners place in our products.
As we move forward, our focus remains steadfast on leveraging our technological strengths, exploring new market opportunities, and enhancing our product offerings. This focus is underscored by the launch of the next generation Ignite Roulette and marks a critical step in our journey to redefine gaming experiences. This product can open new opportunities for Tangiamo, previously untapped, and aligns with our commitment to boosting sales and steering Tangiamo towards sustainable financial growth.

- Extra bolagsstämma beslutade om ändring av gränserna för aktiekapitalet i bolagsordningen samt minskning av aktiekapitalet för täckning av förlust.
- Erhållit en 1,1 MSEK order från Abbiati. Beställningen gäller Tangiamos dice shakers och planeras levereras under fjärde kvartalet 2023.
- Bolaget har ingått ett 24 månaders finansieringsavtal med Nordic Growth Opportunities 3 och det innebär att Bolaget kan nyttja upp till 12 MSEK av en kreditram, fördelat i tolv trancher.
- Bolaget har fått dubbla GLI-11- och GLI-24-certifieringar.
- Bolaget genomförde en riktad kvittningsemission om cirka 1,2 MSEK.
Väsentliga händelser efter periodens slut
- Bolaget har erhållit den första tranchen från Nordic Growth Opportunities 3.
- Lanseringen av den nästa generations MultiPLAY Ignite-spelbord i samarbete med Bolagets partner i Dominikanska Republiken.
- Bolaget tillförs cirka 1,3 MSEK före emissionskostnader genom optionslösen.

Nettoomsättningen uppgick till 86 (594) KSEK. Rörelseresultatet uppgick till -2 834 (-5 182) KSEK, innebärande en negativ rörelsemarginal (neg). Resultat efter skatt var -4 147 (-6 576) KSEK. Det negativa resultatet beror främst på utebliven nettoomsättning.
Kassaflöde
Rörelsens kassaflöde var -275 (-9 025) KSEK. Det negativa kassaflödet i rörelsen består av negativt rörelseresultat.
