To the Shareholders of Tangiamo,
As we reach the midpoint of 2023, I am proud to present Tangiamo's half-year report that paints a vivid picture of our commitment to growth and innovation, supported by a blend of strategic focus and diligent execution. I believe that the progress and milestones achieved in the first six months set a promising trajectory towards realizing our long-term vision.
Our financial performance has witnessed improvements. Revenue for January to June 2023 climbed to 8,5 MSEK from 1 MSEK during the same period in 2022. Furthermore, the operating result, although still at a deficit of -2,2 MSEK, is clear progress from 2022's figure of -7,9 MSEK. While I recognize the room for improving these numbers, this progress stands as evidence of the intense efforts of our team and the consistent support of our stakeholders.
Several pivotal events punctuated this half-year. Our collaboration with Loto Quebec, executed through our Canadian distributor, and the subsequent framework agreement is a significant highlight. The partnership with ELYSIUM Studios, culminating in the launch of Dragon Roulette, has also added another feather to our cap. The orders, especially the standout one from Loto Quebec worth 10.5 MSEK, combined with our continually strengthening collaboration with Abbiati, underscore our market positioning and credibility.
On the operational front, the installation of tables at Loto Quebec will begin in the coming weeks. This collaboration, coupled with our coming regulatory approvals, is a major step towards unlocking the North American market for us. Having such a significant reference installation allows us to demonstrate our capabilities and strengthens our credibility in the region. Furthermore, our financial situation has been strengthened by a financing agreement of up to 12 MSEK, helping us to remain equipped to execute our strategic initiatives and capitalize on emerging opportunities.
The strategy since my tenure as CEO began has been to focus on our core products, namely the MultiPLAY tables and dice shakers. Our inherent competitive advantage in these domains has reinforced this decision, and as we move forward, shareholders can expect a continued and deepened focus here. Market trends further justify our strategic choices. The demand for our dice shakers, complemented by the unique position our MultiPLAY tables hold in the market, indicates potential. While the shadows of global macroeconomic challenges loom, our internal strengths and market reception give us reason for cautious optimism.
Our engagements, be it the game launch with Elysium, deals with Abbiati, or the upcoming product release from our Dominican partner, all echo our assertive market stance and collaborative growth ethos. Of course, challenges exist. From global economic fluctuations to the rapid technological shifts, challenges are part and parcel of our journey. Yet, with every challenge, we see an opportunity to adapt, to innovate, and to grow.
To conclude, this journey would be incomplete without the collective commitment of our team, our partners, and you, our shareholders. As we look ahead, we commit to increasing sales efforts, constantly innovating, and driving Tangiamo towards positive cashflow.

Väsentliga händelser efter periodens slut
- Extra bolagsstämma beslutade om ändring av gränserna för aktiekapitalet i bolagsordningen samt minskning av aktiekapitalet för täckning av förlust
- Fått en 1,1 MSEK order från Abbiati. Beställningen gäller Tangiamos dice shakers och planeras levereras under fjärde kvartalet 2023.
- Bolaget har ingått ett 24 månads finansieringsavtal med Nordic Growth Opportunities 3 och det innebär att Bolaget kan nyttja upp till 12 MSEK av kreditramen, fördelat i tolv trancher.

Omsättning och resultat
Nettoomsättningen uppgick till 8 536 (1 014) KSEK. Rörelseresultatet uppgick till -2 133 (-7 440) KSEK, innebärande en negativ rörelsemarginal (neg). Resultat efter skatt var -2 210 (-7 939) KSEK. Det negativa resultatet beror främst på utebliven nettoomsättning.
Kassaflöde
Rörelsens kassaflöde var 966 (-1 797) KSEK. Totalt kassaflöde för perioden uppgick till -1 345 (-2 930) KSEK. Det negativa kassaflödet i rörelsen består av negativt rörelseresultat.
