To the Shareholders of Tangiamo,
The first half of 2024 has been a continuation of the transition and strategic focus for Tangiamo. While our net sales for January to June 2024 amounted to 1,415 KSEK, down from 8,536 KSEK in the same period last year, it is important to note that the previous year's results were shaped by our record-breaking order with Loto Quebec. This order alone accounted for approximately 6 million kronor in H1 2023 revenue.
Our operating result for the first half of 2024 stands at -4,425 KSEK, compared to a positive 161 KSEK in 2023, and the result after depreciation and financial items is -6,996 KSEK, compared to -2,210 KSEK last year. We remain committed to maintaining financial discipline, and when analyzing the figures excluding the outlying revenue from the 2023 Loto Quebec order, we have made year over year improvements.
One of the highlights of Q2 2024 was the receipt of a 1,1 MSEK order from Abbiati for our iADR dice shakers. Additionally, we showcased our new AI-powered Closed Dome Dice Shaker at G2E Asia 2024, further solidifying our position as a leader in innovative, AI-enhanced gaming technology.
Looking ahead, we are excited about several developments that have taken place after the end of the reporting period. We launched a new product, "Harmony Sic Bo," designed for live-dealer game play. This product will be installed in Q3 2024 on cruise ships operated by one of the world's top five cruise lines. An initial order worth 0.3 MSEK was secured and the potential for this product looks promising.
Furthermore, our Board has decided to proceed with a rights issue of units amounting to approximately 27,4 MSEK, which will provide the necessary capital to fuel our continued growth and strategic initiatives.
Combined with the rights issue, we have entered into a letter of intent to acquire TrustPlay. This acquisition represents a strategic expansion into the rapidly growing iGaming sector, enabling us to offer a comprehensive suite of gaming solutions that span both land-based and online environments. The acquisition and subsequent rights issue are contingent upon successful completion of the due diligence processes, which are currently underway. We have called for an extraordinary general meeting on September 26, 2024, where we will present these developments to our shareholders and seek approval for the next steps in our journey.
While the first half of 2024 has presented its share of challenges, I am confident that the pivotal steps we are taking now are laying the foundation for Tangiamo’s future successes. We remain committed to driving innovation, expanding our market presence, and delivering value to our shareholders.

Väsentliga händelser efter periodens slut
- Bolaget lanserade “Harmony Sicbo” med första order värd 0,3 MSEK. Harmony Sicbo är en ny produkt designad för spel med live-dealer och fysiska valutor. Den kommer att installeras under tredje kvartalet i år på kryssningsfartyg som drivs av en av de fem största kryssningsaktörerna i världen.
- Styrelsen har beslutat att genomföra en nyemission av units om cirka 27,4 MSEK.
- Bolaget har ingått en avsiktsförklaring om att förvärva TrustPlay Technology AB.
- Förvärvet och Företrädesemissionen är villkorade av att Tangiamo och TrustPlays due diligence-processer slutförs utan att uppgifter uppdagas som kan äventyra fullföljande av förvärvet eller det efterföljande konsolideringsarbetet.
- Bolagets aktieägarna kallas till extra bolagsstämma torsdagen den 26 september 2024 kl. 10.00 i Wood & Hill Investment AB:s lokaler, Kyrkogatan 24, i Göteborg.

Omsättning och resultat
Nettoomsättningen uppgick till 1 415 (8 536) KSEK. Rörelseresultatet uppgick till -4 425 (161) KSEK, innebärande en negativ rörelsemarginal (neg). Resultat efter skatt var -6 996 (-2 210) KSEK. Det negativa resultatet beror främst på utebliven nettoomsättning.
Kassaflöde
Rörelsens kassaflöde var 1 102 (966) KSEK. Totalt kassaflöde för perioden uppgick till -206 (-1 345) KSEK. Det negativa kassaflödet i rörelsen består av negativt rörelseresultat.
